Will serve as a board member and outside strategist, helping determine direction, investment strategy, succession and organizational planning for growing real estate companies. We facilitate team building and strategic planning retreats and offer CEO coaching. We also assist public entities to envision and implement plans to revitalize their downtown areas and to add mixed use developments to create an 18-hour environment. We have specific expertise in DEI hiring and sustainable business practices and sustainable design features highlighting what will work and is worth doing vs what is a fad and should be avoided.
