Over the last 40 years Mr. Vilkin has developed more than 10msf of investment grade real estate. Consisting of Master Planned Communities, Multifamily buildings, Affordable housing, Office buildings, Hotels, main street retail and power centers, Industrial and Distribution centers. He has completed these projects throughout the US and has worked with countless communities to execute win/win solutions.
He has built and managed teams for some of the most prolific developers in the country. He has served as President/CEO of Forest City West, Forest City Stapleton, Related California, Macfarlane Partners and Baylands Development.
To assist in executing our projects we assembled a team of professionals with decades of experience to craft solutions to solve the toughest real estate problems.

We have deep experience in institutional management and investment control and have done scores of workouts for institutional clients. The more complicated the project the greater our interest.
Will serve as a board member and outside strategist, helping determine direction, investment strategy, succession and organizational planning for growing real estate companies. We facilitate team building and strategic planning retreats and offer CEO coaching.
